Communications

Effective school communication creates a collaborative and supportive network of students, faculty, staff, school board members, caregivers, community members, education associations and agencies, community and caregiver organizations, the media, and others. By

  1. keeping all audiences well informed and facilitating the exchange of information in a clear and concise way,

  2. promoting involvement,

  3. building trust and a two-way stream of communication,

  4. and celebrating achievements,

effective school communication strengthens the educational experience for all students and contributes to the overall success of the district and greater community.

Tell Us How We’re Doing!

The intention of this survey is to gather feedback regarding MRPS caregiver satisfaction with and preferences for communication from the district and your student/s school/s. This survey is not intended to gather feedback regarding communications specific to your student that you may have one-on-one with an administrator or teacher.

MRPS will review responses from this communication-specific survey and the annual school-based End of Year Caregiver Survey to improve our communications moving forward. The results of this survey will be posted on this webpage and shared on our district FacebookInstagram, and Twitter
