MRPS Facilities Use & Rental
MRPS charges all non-school related users a fee for the use of its facilities. These fees cover the cost o overtime labor and the maintenance / supplies required for hosting activities. The fee is calculated based on space usage, custodial requirements and additional needs. Facilities are scheduled on a first come first serve basis, with school and school related activities taking priority. No event will be scheduled prior to 6 weeks before the event (with the exception of long standing yearly events and year long recurring users/activities).
Those groups found to be using school property without prior approval will be asked to leave school property and future use of facilities may be jeopardized.
