Teachers and Administrators: Use these forms if the PD is being paid for out of your contracted 6 UVM credit equivalent PD dollars and if you are electing to participate in the course or workshop. Submit completed forms to your school administrative assistant.

Administrators: If you are participating in a Superintendent or Director of Curriculum and Technology initiated PD opportunity, the form below will be filled out on your behalf and arrangements will be made (registration, accommodation, etc.) by the District Central Office Administrator.

MRPS uses ReadySub to 1) post faculty and staff absences, 2) fill those absences with substitutes if necessary and, 3) NEW in FY24: track paid leave time balances.
Post your absences in ReadySub in advance of your absence. Periodically review your posted absences and leave balances for accuracy.

Review demographic information such as address, phone number, email and race/ethnicity;
Review education information which, for now, includes type of degree, school and estimated graduation date;
