Universal first instruction is based on the MRPS prioritized standards for academic and social emotional behavioral learning expectations.

Collaborative teams determine shared formative/summative assessments of the priority standards, unit plans, and conduct data analysis of common student work. ALL students have access to first instruction within their grade level/content priority standards. Instruction is differentiated, based on a growth mindset framework, intentional, goal-oriented, and engaging to the students. 100% of our student population fall into this category.
