Montpelier Roxbury Public Schools is committed to transparency and student safety. In accordance with Vermont State Law (16 V.S.A.) and Federal Regulations, the following notifications are provided annually to our community.
1. Student Safety & Wellness

MRPS maintains a safe learning environment. Our full policy (Policy F20) and the online form to report an incident can be found on our Dedicated HHB Page.

In accordance with State Board of Education Rule 4500, MRPS provides annual notice to caregivers regarding the use of restraint and seclusion.

MRPS has established a written Cardiac Emergency Response Plan for each school building to ensure a coordinated response to sudden cardiac arrest.
